Cincinnati Metro Housing Authority running out of $$$
Anyone hear or having issues with CMHA not funding section 8 vouchers? I see a lot of multis going up for sale, specifically section 8 units. The link below reports that the CMHA is running out of funding and freezing vouchers to recipients. The result of this is that tenants can't pay their rents and landlords hung out to dry. Has anyone experienced this before, here or in other markets? For a new investor like me, looking for props in Cinci. This is concerning.
