Landlord/ Property Management Operations bottlenecks/ pain points?
Hello everyone,
I’ve been speaking with landlords/ property managers to better understand the operational challenges they’re facing and if they resolved it, then how did they do it. If not, resolved then I would like to hear it as well. Would you be open to a quick 10–15 minute conversation? I’m specifically curious about:
- - Biggest recurring challenges.
- - manual or time-consuming tasks. Communications with tenants, contractors and other vendors etc.
- - Do you use spreadsheets for managing the property, tracking financials, purchases, repairs, etc.
- - maintenance and communication bottlenecks.
- - any tasks you wish were automated.
I am not selling anything so you can relax. :-)
