Helping Tenant Find New Place to Rent

Hi Everyone,

I pivoted towards mid-term rentals at the end of 2025 and am trying to help my current tenant find new housing. Her lease ends April 13.She sustained an injury recently that drained a lot of her savings since insurance didn't cover her PT and medications.

She can afford to pay about $300/mo and is looking for a lease of 6 months or longer.Does anyone know someone that might be able to help her out with housing assistance or that can provide resources related to housing assistance?

Most likely there is a "Catholic Charities" in the area. They typically will provide deposit and first month rent.
