Looking for a co-living cleaner in Spokane - any referrals?

Hey everyone,

I run rent-by-the-room properties (co-living) in Spokane and I'm looking for a reliable cleaner to partner with long-term. Hoping someone here has a referral.

Here's how the work is structured so you know what I'm describing:

Monthly common-area clean: $100 per visit. Once a month, guaranteed, as long as we work together. Residents handle their own bedrooms. The cleaner handles shared spaces (living room, kitchen, shared bathrooms, hallways).

Move-out room clean: $40 per clean. Each time a resident moves out. Includes the bedroom, their slot in the fridge and pantry, plus a quick before/after video uploaded to our portal. Roughly one to two of these per house per month.

We use a portal for scheduling, payments, and video uploads, so the back-and-forth stays light once we're rolling. We're acquiring more Spokane properties and want one cleaner to grow with.

@Miller McSwain Unfortunately, I don’t have any contacts for cleaners in that market but you could search for STR operators on BP in your area and reach out to them directly for referrals.

Thanks Janice! We are already doing some outreach in the STR Facebook groups, so that is great validation. Our renters are typically young professionals, 24-35, working remotely or in healthcare, tech, and trades. Flexible month-to-month arrangement. Do you happen to have any direct connections in Spokane specifically - either a cleaner or someone embedded in the local STR scene who might know one? Even a name to track down would be a huge help.

@Miller McSwain Sounds like a solid, scalable setup. You may want to post this in your local STR Facebook groups as cleaners who already handle short term rentals are usually the best fit for this model. I am curious, which platforms have worked best for you in finding co-living renters and what does your typical renter profile look like?
