Anyone provide Insurance for 1-2 family student rentals?
We've never had a claim in 7 years but we keep getting dropped by insurers who decide to stop insuring student rentals. We are in upstate NY. If you know or represent an insurer who will insure student rentals, please reach out. These are older homes (1920-50'), that have been renovated, but some may have knob & tube wiring.
