Hello All,

I am looking to help a seller find a place in Dallas, TX that she can rent. If we both live in Tennessee, what is the best method for going about this?

To be clear, the seller is looking to purchase a property in Dallas for the purpose of holding it as a rental investment. Or, the seller is simply looking for a property to rent in Dallas as a residence?

I'd start by studying what's on the market on MLS. Websites like Realtor.com, Trulia, or Redfin have the listings if you don't have MLS access.
