Placing my personal property under Section 8, can rent proceeds be deposited in LLC act? Property is located in Colorado.

Not here you can't. Contract and payment can only be made to the owner of the house. This may vary with different housing authorities.

Section 8 typically makes payments as you indicate to them via lease, contract and W9. They are not as worried about how it is titled. They may ask for operating agreement or management agreement to verify.
