    When you real estate investors start trying to tell me about all these convoluted who-owes-who-money things that do not appear on any credit report or title report, and that would hypothetically be impossible to document accurately even if I wanted to. 

    Or, when your start telling me about a contract addendum that your realtor very intentionally hid from me ("forgot to email over").
