Hi, does anyone have any experience with collection agencies in South Mississippi? Can you recommend a good agency or warn against using a bad one? I have a couple cases that I would turn over but I don't have any experience with that sector. Any help/comments are appreciated.
I've always just put a garnishment order in at the courtyard myself. Took forever but I did get something, more than I would have gotten with a collection agency.
Have you ever garnished the tenant's MS state tax refund? I have not but I seen it in another forum for another state. Although it would be a once a year collection event, it might be more effective as it would "stay in place" even if tenant changes jobs.
