Pennsylvania Lease Agreement

Hi BP,

I am closing on a triplex today, which will be my first property. I live in Pennsylvania and I was wondering what the best lease agreement template to use with the tenants would be?  I was thinking of using @Brandon Turner lease agreement provided with his rental property management book and consulting with a real estate attorney to make sure all the state specific stuff is covered. Are there any recommendations from current Pennsylvania landlords on here? I will be located in Ambridge, PA about a half hour from Pittsburgh.

@Jeremy Taggart I actually use the above lease.  I had my lawyer review the lease and he thought it was pretty good.
