Should i move into my rental properties to avoid the 20% minimum down payment and save money? And use the 20% to fund my other rental properties? Or just not move into them and have to come up with another hard earned  felt like a long time to get 20%? Thanks so much. Have a nice day!

@Emiliano Medina, moving in to your own rental property is a great way to get into your first investment.  Are you looking at multi-family or a single family in which you plan to rent out rooms?  It comes down to your comfort level and long term goals.
