Good morning, BP community. We are days away from closing on our first deal in Chickamauga, GA (Walker County, Georgia; about 15 miles south of Chattanooga), and are in search of a reputable property manager. Any referrals from local investors?

Find Brian Levredge on BP, he owns first property management and would be a good place to start

Hi @Shawn Roberson, the opportunity was presented to me through family. Felt like a good opportunity to take a first step towards something that I've been thinking about for some time. How long have you been investing in Chattanooga?

@Shawn Roberson, are your rehab projects residences that you go on to sell, or are you holding them? Are all of your projects in the Chattanooga area?
