Hi! I'm based in northern VA but was considering buy and holds in Reading, PA, particularly the 19604 zip code. Does anyone have any insight on that area? Anywhere else I should be looking in or around Reading? I'd like to stay in the $60K and under price point. Thanks so much!

I would not consider those properties unless you have a someone local. I like some near Albright College but that zipcode goes deep into the center of reading which are nowhere near $60K. Also finding property management may be a challenge.
