Neighborhood Complain And Police Case

Hi,

What action as landlord you take in case of neighbors complain about tenant about some illegal activities and neighbor file police case.

Tenant is paying rent regularly and keeping house clean but lot of people get together every evening and got complain from two neighbor.

    What is the complaint? Noise? Parking? Talk to the tenant to get his side of the story and ask him to keep it down. He's got a right to live there too and you can't be dictated to by gossipy neighbors. Who says it's illegal? It could be a bible study group for all you know.
