My Tenant has been complaining now for more than a month about his neighbor banging doors which is disturbing him a lot. This is in a condo complex and I requested HOA to send a gentle reminder to that neighbor for being courteous to others- but unfortunately it hasn't helped. My tenant initially went and spoke to them but that didn't seem to help matters. I am planning to go and talk to this guy now but I don't have high hopes. Is there a city law (King county area here in seattle) which I could leverage to sort things out here . Any other options I could go for if I don't want to get into legal roads right away?

@John Anderson- He bang's his own door while going in and out of his unit. I will go talk to him and see if it helps. If not, I might push my HOA to continue bugging him. Anyways- thanks for all your inputs. Thanks @Account Closed

an opinion from an apartment building with the same problem:
-adjust closer (in my building they are the commercial type) and the door is heavy and the frame on the outside is metal so that usually means a loud BANG. also may just need some machine oil....
-buy cabinet doors bumpers. gift to neighboor and tenant
-alternative option: buy a 1/2 box of donuts. talk with building engineer (@John Anderson: the shortest path between point A and B is a straight line. going to HOA (as you know already) is the 1,000 miles path)
