Who owns a 16unit or more rental I need advice?

Im looking to invest in real estate here in Raleigh, North Carolina and looking to go big or go home with the rental units. We call it 10x coming from one of my favorite investors Grant Cardone. Who is taking massive action and has tips on how to structure deals to show lenders I have a great deal.
