i am a 2 bedroom voucher holder looking for a landlord who desires a great tenant that will take excellent care of the property. I am a certified property maintenance technician that will save you time and money by making minor repairs myself. The ideal location would be a house in a great neighborhood, with great schools and easy access to public transportation. We love earth tones, spacious rooms, modern look, basement and garage.

Are you willing to move to Vancouver, Washington State? We have a place coming onto the market soon that might meet your needs. Our housing authority may approve it for you if you're able to port your voucher successfully. We're always interested in good tenants and a good maintenance technician would be great to have on our team.
Ya know; a Section 8 applicant who wants spacious rooms, a modern look, a basement, a garage, a great neighborhood AND is going to do repairs to the rental property is often enough to scare the pants off many landlords.
