What fire alert system required for 4 family in NJ Hudson county?

NOW the 4-family building is using magnum fire alert 6000

I donot have the key to the box; it is making some bit of noise.. Called Magnum; they say it is an old model.


What is a new good model to install? Cost? Any Good company can do the job? Hudson county!

Went to city hall; will need a permit.
