Try eviction specialists Block & Associates for San Diego or Duringer Law Group.

I've had Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP recommended to me by several real estate professionals. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them (yet...)

I've used Kimball, Tirey and St John and was relatively pleased with them.

Try Daniel E. Marshall in San Diego. He's a frigging bulldog eviction attorney.

A word to the wise ... aggressive attorneys usually cost everyone concerned more money. Unlawful detainer attorneys are notorious for being uncompromising and unfair. That's not a reputation that will serve you well as a landlord.

IMHO, try and find a fair and reasonable attorney that knows how to negotiate like a business person, not a lawyer.

Thank you so much, I when with Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP . For now they just wrote a letter, maybe tenants will move out on their own. How I understood, they do not want to go through court system.

Rod, I have been already working with "nice and fair" attorney and it cost me a lot. I usually pick a great tenants so for past 10 years as the landlord I only once had to go to court and only becouse I inherited that tenant with purchase. The attorney I had was not aggressive enough and I lost a lot of money in the case that should won easy.
