I need a handyman in Westminster/Broomfield CO

I have three rentals in Westminster and Broomfield, CO and I just moved out of town.  Does anyone have a good handyman they can recommend to me.  I am accustomed to doing all of my own work, having worked in construction in general and HVAC in particular.  But I'm not close enough to run over there and fix things when they break.

    I have two I can recommend who do great work, but they aren't cheap.

    Yes, local handyman are hard to find! We have a property management company in Thornton - so if you have not been able to find anyone let me know and I can see if any of our guys are available.
