We rented to a lady in Arizona who was not allowed any pets. We found alot of scratches on a glass siding door that are unrepairable from a large dog jumping up. How much is she responsible to pay? All of it or part of it?
@Gary Wiegand Tenant is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Get a couple of estimates, have the glass replaced and deduct it from the tenants deposits. #ActualDamages
