I am looking to buy a few rental properties in the Jacksonville, FL area and looking for a few recommendations for a good Property Management company. Any recommendations?

Scott,
I highly recommend Morgan Property Management. They have a great operation and do quite a bit of their own investing, which is a huge plus in my book. Cynthia is the lead there. Located in Jax Beach, a quick google search will bring them up.
