Northpoint Asset Management in Kansas City
Does anyone have any experience with this property management company in Kansas City, MO? They were upfront when I spoke to them but their clients are too busy to give a reference. They also told me that their eviction rate or vacancy rate (can’t remember which one) is the lowest in the nation.

No, I did not work with them. I went with Meridian Property Management.
