Water damage to property from neighbour’s water run
I have townhome that got damaged along with my tenants belongings from the water that flooded the unit from my neighbors water from washer. How should i go about claiming for my damage? Should i get the HOA involved to take care or the claims ? Should i contact the owner of the other property directly ? Any suggestions would help.
