Finding landlord in Virginia who speaks Vietnamese

Hello everybody, sorry to bother everyone with a topic that isn't really about investing but I really need help and BP is a reliable place that I could count on... 

I really hope to get in touch with a landlord in Virginia Beach/ Norfolk area who could speak Vietnamese. I am looking for a place for my mom and brother (who don't speak English very much) to live. I'm in California, it kills me that I can't help them because I have work here that I can't move... I wouldn't want to write my situation here to bore everyone.

    I don't speak Vietnamese and I only have one rental that's currently occupied, but just had an idea that may help.  It may be possible for a landlord to communicate via email (using Google translate to translate the emails) and use a translation app on their phone when meeting in person.     @Joshua S. Thank you for the reply. Yea, one of the limitation of google translate that I think is unfortunate for Vietnamese is that they don't really translate well between English and Vietnamese haha. Since Vietnamese is a single-vowel language, each word can combine with another to make a completely different meaning sentence, that's why whenever I tried google to translate between English and Vietnamese, it always gives me funny result. 

    But I think I could try to go over there to help them for a few days and if the landlord or building manager is ok with it, I'll leave my contact there if they need to communicate, they can do so through me.

    @Linh Do , can you translate for them? There are plenty of landlords who do not speak the same language as their tenants.

    @Mindy Jensen Thank you for the reply!!! Yes I think I might have to do that. I called a couple of places and they say I could be on the phone while they sign the contract and everything. So I think it is possible. I was just super worried since my mom and brother are new to the country. Hopefully things will go well.
