Hey guys! I am looking to purchase some rental properties in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets. I do not reside in these markets. I am up 95 in Maryland.
How is the Charlotte and Raleigh markets for rental properties (Duplex, Fourplex, multiplexes)?
And if there is anybody with vast experience in these markets I’d love to speak with you!
I invest in both markets. Both markets are very competitive, quality Multis are hard to find in both markets.
I found Durham to have more inventory of Multis but may not be in desirable location and are older properties...
