I recently purchased a 3 flat in a South Side neighborhood in Chicago. 2 of the units already have tenants in them, but one is currently vacant and I'm wondering if anyone here can recommend a process for finding and properly screening a potential tenant. Looking for processes/tools that are thorough yet cost effective for credit checks, employment verification, etc. Is SmartMove the way to go?
