Hello, I am looking for an Airbnb Property Manager in Birmingham and Montgomery AL. I am looking for a full service property manager who can handle all the details of the Airbnb process. Is there anyone who is experienced with this in these cities? Thanks

@Eddie Knoell I was wondering if you’ve made any progress on your search. I live In bIrmIngham, and am looking for properties in the downtown area for the purpose of short-term rentals that I would manage myself. But I was curious how the Airbnb and short-term rental market was doing here. There’s not a lot of data for this area. Do you have any insights?

I haven't had any luck finding short-term vacation managers yet
