Can anyone recommend a good home inspector in Crawford County, Kansas(specifically Pittsburg)? Thank you in advance!

    There is a website that gives you the house inspectors in any area.  I don't think BP will let me post it so just do an internet search "home inspectors Calgary Alberta".

    @Andrew Joseph American Contractors is the most common used in Pittsburg (or one of). Used Larry before and he's done fine. What are you purchasing in Pittsburg that has your eye from Canada?

    @Zach Quick Thanks for your response. Looking at potentially doing student rental out there. Numbers look good with fairly low barrier to enter.

    @Zach Quick it is a single family house, and no I never been out to Pittsburg KS.  We only invest out of state/province as our market is not good for buy and hold strategy. Just have to establish good boots on the ground.

     Zach, I am looking into pittsburg aswell. Do you have any proprety manager recommendations ?
