Hello investors,
I've considered doing college rentals but I'm having trouble understanding how to market to students. On Zillow I usually see rental listings for the entire house. The best I could think of is bulletin boards on college campuses. Any advice or insight on how to advertise for college rentals? (rent out by the room)

There are services that will post your ad to multiple online services like Zillow. School bulletin boards are good, as well as other places students go often- laundromats, restaurants, grocery stores, hang out locations. I used to have good luck with Craigslist, but the feel of it seems to have changed over time.
