Hi BP!

I recently purchased and moved into a 4-fam house in South Orange NJ. And we are currently house hacking and renovating.

We are looking for other landlords and property managers of small multifamilies in the area to connect with.

Anyone one out there?

@Yinna Wang Congrats on your recent Quad purchase! Btw, you got to change your location from Brooklyn to South Orange :) in the title.
I suggest you join the local REI groups to connect with other investors. You can find a ton through Meetup site or here on BP.
