Has anyone been able to get an inspection and how did that process go? I have a multi-fam property in Baltimore city and need to find an inspector. Can anyone make a recommendation? Thanks

Hi.  The new law is for 1 or 2 units.  The inspection for 3 or more units remains the same as before.  How many units is yours?

@Karen M. I had a great experience with Super Specs. Chad Taylor is the inspector's name. Hope this helps! He did my home inspection prior to purchasing the home and knocked out the rental inspection free of charge.
