I’m looking for advice from more experienced investors.
I own a rental property free and clear and I’m looking for my next one. My issue is that I do not have tax returns to get another loan for my next property, but I have the money for my next property.
What would you suggest for me to get my next property? Cash out refinance? I have enough money for the down payment but I need help carrying the loan.
The refi will require the same qualifications as an initial mortgage. Do you have anyone willing to be a co-signer? I've done that before when I had the money but not the qualifications. Or you can do a partnership with someone who puts their name on the loan and you put the cash in. I've done that too.
There are stated income products with reasonable rates that do not require Tax Returns to be submitted they are more so based on the property and credit score
