I was wondering if there are any rental portfolio lenders on biggerpockets that lend to investors in Buffalo, NY.

I want to put down a 20% down payment for a rental property in Buffalo, NY.

    Most smaller banks do portfolio loans, Evans, Alden state, Bank of Akron. Do you have an LLC set up? If not you can get a loan almost anywhere. Not sure yet will find 20% down on an investment property with the local banks though
