I am reviewing all my costs for 2018, as I'm sure many others are. I have a 4 plex in central San Antonio and had landscaping costs of $1240 this year. The front yard is about 400 square feet with a fence and few bushes. Backyard is parking and maybe some weeds. What are other people paying for landscaping, mowing, yard care, etc?
Hi Jim, I just sent you a DM with my dad's contact info. He recently started his small business for deliveries (i.e. mulch, soil, sand, gravel, caliche, etc.) and lawn service. He's helped out realtors and an investor with lawn service on their listed homes and also delivering supplies for a homebuilder, so he'll be happy to give you a free estimate and work with you too.
