@Pat L.  Easy solution.  Leave NJ and move to MA.  Not only do we not speak with an accent, we also have SIX SUPER BOWL RINGS.

That and we don't tax the rain.

    They should just raise the price of lotto tickets and cigarettes if they need more cash . It’s the Best way to Make poor people pay their “ fair share “ .
