Homeowner's insurance in Louisville, KY area

KY Farm Bureau wouldn't give me a quote because they said the roof was in need of repair and too old. The roof doesn't leak and there are no missing shingles. I do not know the age of the roof but it is doing everything a roof is supposed to do. 

State farm had no issue with the roof.

    Yah I use Kentucky Farm Bureau. They offer competitive rates and have been solid so far.

    Hey Matt, i would be happy to help. I work with alot of real estate investors. State Farm is very competitive on price and offers fantastic coverage!

    Travelers gives me more coverage and cheaper than State Farm
