Can not find a value for a 2 famliy rental
I'm trying to buy a house to wholesale from a older man who called me. It's a 2 family unit. I can not figure out a Arv for it to offer him a price. Nothing comes up on Zillow or MLS just has no value. I dont see why. Can anyone please help me out on how i would figure this out
