@Alf Holst There are government rental assistance programs like HUD-VASH which offers rental assistance to veterans in need. Its a lot like section 8 so if you are already looking at tenants with government assistance that program is an option as well.
For the last 20 years or so, I have given a discount to teachers. I do not advertise it that way. I do it because I have had so many family members that were teachers.
