Can anyone recommend any good and affordable landlord insurance in Texas? Seems all the big player are either too high or just don't offer good services

Albert, TX insurance right now is high. Safeco seems to be the one that most investors of SFR are with. I would try them. If you don't have an agent, let me know and I can send you my contact in TX.
