@Daniel Ng Any luck finding a good, reliable PM? I’m hoping to find one in the StL area that leverages technology (quickbooks or an equivalent) and can work well with an out of town investor.

We have a couple properties in that area.  They have been a headache to say the least.  We started with Eaton and they do nothing more than lie and steal.  Now we are using Ultimate Realty and they have been very good.

@Martin N. not really. I’m working with one from the turnkey provider I’m purchasing a property from but have my concerns so I would like a back up in case it doesn’t work out.
