HELP: How to get more people to see my rental listing?

I am trying to rent out a unit in my triplex and my property manager listed it 2 weeks ago already. Being in a hot market, we thought it would be occupied right away. We had 10 showing but nobody has snatched it up yet. My question is how do you keep your property manger on top of refreshing your rental ad? I keep very close tabs on it and Zillow tells me it has not been refreshed since it was posted. I feel as if that is a huge loss in potential leads. Any help is greatly appreciated from my family here at BP. Thanks in advance.

Usually if you are getting showings, but no applications, rent is set too high. Refreshing the ad would make more sense if you were low on showings.
