Programs to keep track of rental properties rents and expenses?

Best rental property program? I use Quicken Rental Property 2017 & 2.0(2011 version). 2017 has great features but is missing important info. What do you use?

I use Tellus. My tenants pay me through it and I can always add rents and expenses. It generates financial reports automatically.
