Good morning. I got a mailer from Great Jones property management. Seem to have an interesting business model and he was at the BiggerPockets convention when he returned my call (good sign). Anyone use this company?

@Kristen Watts I’ve had a horrific experience with Great Jones in Jacksonville. They have 6 of our units under their management for properties we purchased in April and December. They are so disorganized, I need to arrange a call every week to set out a list of what needs to be taken care of. Recently, emails I send directly to my PM are routed through support in some other location where they know nothing about my property. I sent an email on Monday, received a reply that someone would look into my concerns and here I sit on Saturday with no news. A turn in one unit took from the beginning of December after an eviction until the middle of February. The unit is on the market now with lots of activity yet a tenant has not been placed. Needless to say, I’ll be switching PMs.

@Eva Holland; my experience is also poor. Disorganized, responses to me and my tenants way too slow, caught in some lies, etc. Thanks for confirming my situation; I don’t feel as crazy now or think my expectations are too high.
