We have tenants make deposits into our rental checking account at a local branch of our bank. That way they can pay rent with check, cash, online transfer if they have an account at that bank, etc.

I use Cozy.co if the tenants have phone capability. My tenants like it, though most seem to have set up auto pay on the 4th or 5th of the month...last day they can have as a grace period in this state. I get the $ from Cozy by the 10th. No cost to me or the tenants.
One does send money orders and another does drop the money off at the bank.

@Jonathan Anderson cash LOL,,,,,,,,, Simply have them go to your bank and make a deposit OR cash app, pay pal, .When you have multiple you can use Buildium PM software .
