Rent Control and New Eviction laws in California
I went to an investor meeting yesterday where a Property Manager and a Real Estate Attorney presented the new Rent Control and Eviction laws that go into effect 1/1/20 in California. They said the eviction part of the law is worse than the rent control. It's going to be even harder to evict tenants. What do you guys think?
