Zillow Rental Manager: Tenant Application & Rent Collecting
Hi all,
I'm considering using Zillow's services for processing tenant applications and rent collecting. It seems convenient and as far as I can tell free.
Can any of you vouch for the quality of zillows services? Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of. Perhaps there is another service you may recommend?
