What do I do with my rental near Ocala Florida?

I'm not familiar with Ocala area and I just got a property that I don't know much about. 

I'm trying to get the most out of my rental property in Ocala before I sell it because I don't think I really want to be a landlord long term.

Does anyone know how I can sell my property quickly for a fair price?
