How to do airbnb. I have tenants i my properties. Can i build extra room in the backyard? Any one in Atlanta who can build simple room and bathroom and kitchen and airconditioner etc. in my backyard to put that small simple room for airbnb. Do i need to get county or city permission to build that simple detached room in my big backyard.

@Gp G. What you are asking to do is an addition. As far as Atlanta goes you will have to go to Fulton County and request a permit. You can expect to have multiple inspections throughout the duration of the project. If your property is in Grove Park they won't grant any permits at this time because of Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms. Hope this helps!
