What am I looking for in raw land for good deals?

Hi,

I'm new to flipping raw land. My question is what am I looking for on Zillow or any other platform to make sure that the raw land flip is a good deal? I have no real estate experience. I know that I need to have 15-20% down upfront.

Your post does not contain enough information for anyone to provide a value added response. For starters, you may want to provide some basic information, such as where in the world you are looking for land.....

Raw land usually requires a 50% down payment.  And, it's not a good choice for a new investor.  It requires a thorough understanding of zoning/future use, the municipalities' building codes, soil testing/standards, impact fees and more.  Not all lenders will finance dirt.  It may look like an inexpensive vehicle to get into real estate investing but it generally is considered higher risk and therefore comes with higher rates/fees and down payment requirements.
